Service was terrible. The atmosphere is awesome. The staff and manager were very kind and pleasant. We had a reservation a week in advance and arrived an hour ahead of time to drink on the patio. The hostest told us they had the private room for us ready at the time of our reservation and they would page us at that time. The manager came up and said they gave our table to another party who had reservations but were severly late. Long story short, we got dinner on the house, but the food did not come out on time and side dishes came out 15 mins into dinner. Food was not the best in the world. Service was less than perfect. Really dissapointed. We got there at 7 and didn't get seating until 9:15 and WE HAD RESVERATIONS!
