This is a 3 bedroom and 2 full bath condo with workout room, pool, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a lake. The bedrooms are very large. 2 of the bedrooms have berber carpeting. The rest of the house is all hardwood except for the kitchen and baths. Painted throughout. Master bedroom is a light blue, guest bedroom and most of the rest of the condo is a neutral beige type color, and the third bedroom was my Ohio State room with grey walls and red borders. Perfect for a child's bedroom, or even an office or a gameroom.

Master Bedroom has 2 walk-in closets, and guest bedroom has a walk in as well, and the third bedroom has a sliding door closet which is still good size. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as the great room. Their is a chandelier in the dining room.

This is a one floor layout with a balcony over looking the tennis courts and the pool.

Included in rent is water and trash removal. I prefer a one year lease, but will work with you if you have something else in mind.
